1. Navigate to the HMIS portal at https://hmis.mohfw.gov.in/
2. Select in the report section, Tap on the navigation bar’s ”Standard Reports” option.
3. The standard report window will be displayed on the system.
4. Proceed by pressing the ”Data Item wise Monthly (up to sub-district)” Folder.
5. A list of folder names like all states & districts, all India across states, all districts across sub-districts, and districts across months’ option will appear on the screen.
6. Select your desired folder’s name as per requirement and hit on it.
7. Next, choose the year you want and press on the folder that year,
8. Enter the Monthly Wise’ folder or Cumulative folder as desired and press on it.
9. The file will display on the field, and press on the file to download to your system.
10. Lastly, open file & view the report correctly.
